ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A MAC MOTORS RGA NUMBER or they will be refused at the sender’s expense.
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
ELECTRICAL AND SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Any Discrepancy must be reported within 3 business days via phone or email. This includes shortages, overages, mispicks and any other nonconforming item. Invoice number and part numbers will be required to properly report the discrepancy.
IF MERCHANDISE IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT, PLEASE CONTACT Mac Motors within 24hours of Delivery. Do not remove the items from the packaging or discard any of the packaging materials. Do not remove any of material contained in the damaged package even if it appears to be intact. Inspection, by the carrier’s representative, of the damaged materials might be required at the delivery address. Failure to properly follow the damaged product protocol will eradicate Mac Motors responsibility for the damaged product and will require the receiver to process the claim on their own behalf.
